Cooks

Prepare and serve nutritious and attractive meals to residents at the assisted living center. Follow specific food guidelines to ensure meals meet resident dietary requirements as well as sanitary regulations. Participate in the development of menus and work orders. A minimum of three years prior experience as a cook required.

Dietary Aides

Assist in the preparation and serving of meals served to residents. Also responsible for clean up following meal service. Prior experience helpful.

Lead Hostess/Server

Responsible for providing dining and table service to residents and their guests, which includes proper dining room set-up, cleaning of the dining room, taking meal and beverage orders and serving items, handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards. Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service. Previous experience in dining hospitality or a long-term care setting preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities are a must. Must be able to work weekends and flexible hours.
